 Aromatic Pulao/ Biryani Tip:



If u want to have good aromatic pulao or biryani rice then soak rice with whole garam masala ( sabut garam masala) including laung, kali mirch, bari choti ilaichi, badyan phool, darchini, taiz paat, with green chillies  

Boil with the same garam masala and water.

if u r making with basmati rice then soak masala in separate water first for 30 mins then then add rice later and let all of them dip for 30 or 20 mins.
